All transactions involving a (firearm or lower receiver) will Require a 4473 Background Check or to be shipped to an FFL dealer in the customers local area where a background check will be performed NO EXCEPTIONS.

Note that all packages containing a value of $100 or more and shipped via UPS to a US address will not ship “Adult Signature Required”, unless the customer chooses to leave this option checked at checkout. This option can be waived (at your risk) by unchecking the “Adult Signature Required” checkbox at checkout. Please note that UPS may still require a signature even if we do not require one.
